At Golden Grace Jewelers, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may be able to return your items for a refund or store credit. Please read the following information carefully before you try to return or exchange your product.

Returning Your Purchase
We ask that you send the merchandise to us by registered mail and purchase insurance with your carrier for the full value of the item. If you choose not to buy insurance, you assume liability for any damages. We are not responsible for returns lacking tracking or delivery confirmation showing that the package was received at our store. Please pack returns in the original outer box or another sturdy shipping box with adequate packing materials to ensure the product arrives at our store in good condition. Refunds will be credited to the card used for the purchase and should appear as a credit within 7-10 days.

Return Conditions
You have 15 days to return an item after receiving it. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a saleable condition to qualify for a return. Personalized or custom items are not eligible for returns.

Receiving a Refund
A refund will be issued using the original method of payment for all items eligible for return. Recipients can choose to receive store credit instead of a cash refund upon request. Gift recipients will get a nonrefundable store credit equal to the item's purchase price. Cash refunds are not available at any in-store locations. Please allow 7-10 business days for the return to be processed.

Exchanges
All of our items are carefully hand-inspected by our team to ensure they are free from defects; however, in the unlikely event that we have missed something, you can exchange your defective product within 15 days of receipt. Since many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind and may be difficult to replace with an exact match, you may choose to receive in-store credit for the same amount as your original purchase, which can be spent at our store. Custom jewelry and personalized items are not included in our exchange policy. Any damages not caused by manufacturing defects are not eligible for return or exchange.

Gift Returns
Gift returns without a receipt are only eligible for exchanges and in-store credit. Please return items in their original packaging. Gifts that show signs of use or wear will not be accepted for exchange.

Order Cancellations and Amendments
We strive to process and ship your orders quickly; therefore, we do not accept any modifications once an order has been placed. If you need to return an order for any reason, please follow our return policy within 15 days, and we will issue a refund. Credits will be applied to the card used for the purchase and typically appear as a credit within 7 days. If you made a mistake on a personalized or custom piece, contact us as soon as possible. We can assist you with the correction.

Personalized Items

Custom and Special Order Items
Because of the unique nature of custom and special order items, these products are not eligible for returns or refunds. Any product that has been built or altered at your request, such as ring re-sizing or diamond upgrades, falls into this category and cannot be exchanged.
