Bridal and Custom Jewelry Guarantee and Limited Waranty

Bridal and custom jewelry are covered for five years from defects in materials and workmanship. Each piece must be inspected by our store or an authorized representative every 6 months to maintain your warranty. If it is determined your jewelry needs maintenance or repairs, you must perform the recommended repairs or your warranty will be voided. Diamonds and gemstones purchased as part of your bridal and custom jewelry are covered under our diamond and gemstone warranty. This limited warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, normal or excessive wear and tear, loss, theft, or unexplained disappearance of bridal or custom jewelry.
